10 Habits you should include in your routine to change your Life in 2022

Hello, peeps well today's blog is much more interesting as we have already entered 2022 with new resolutions but sticking with them is kind of off with our schedules and as I believe changing yourself becomes the optimistic part of life so hehe let's get into it.
Let's begin with the Happiness category :

Habit no 1- Be your kind of happiness like in a day if you are being busy with yourself give yourself some time and do some little tiny craft things or any activities you like to do. Engaging yourself with some task will connect your brain and soul and help to enlighten your mood.
Habit no 2- Before you start your day to improve your mood and make you feel happier it is also healthy to get outside and stand in front of the morning sun as everyone says sunshine is good for the soul it increases our vitamin D level and also really makes us feel happier and while standing in front of it we will do a specific breathing exercise and you can do it every day you just have to do the deep breathing for 4secound and feel the morning vibes.
Habit no 3- Well this will love you guys more How do you feel when someone compliments you? Happy right well this is the exact thing you have to do to stay connected to people at least complement two of them daily trust me you will feel amazing with this.
Habit no 4- Nextly is Money, whatever you may be earning keep a small check on your bank accounts and make a plan with your savings so later you can gift yourself something or go on a trip well that will give you happiness.
The next is the Health category :
Habit no 5- We all need to agree on this that drinking water is a need and I know that we can't stick to it but I have found a few amazing recipes for you to go along with water
While drinking water you can sprinkle some lime juice in a little quantity add some mint leaves and sprinkle a bit of salt so that it will improvise your health and make drinking water supper easier.
The next is to sprinkle some orange juices with mint and salt tryna experiment with your water drinks and make it fun at the same time

Habit no 6- Stop intaking sugar it is okay to have it naturally I mean you can have fruits like bananas or anything which does have natural sugar. In a day it is okay to take a little bit of sugar to maintain your blood sugar level constant.
Habit no 7- Try journaling maintain a journal or use some prompt journaling try writing on the customized format of self-care and maintain it daily doing this will also always check on your health and help you to know yourself much better.
The next category is Family and Relationship :
Habit no 8- Well certainly family is the best part of everyone's lives and we often forget how amazing these people are reminded yourself to be a part of it tryna doing something artistic together organize a surprise for your loved ones and try to know each other better.
Habit no 9- Avoid using cellphones when you are among your loved ones or tell them that you care about them and share your emotions.
Habit no 10- Go on a dinner dates with your loved ones or plan a family dinner outing tryna listening good music and share the love.
All right so these are a few habits which I felt that we all need to include in our daily life and be physically, soulfully, and mentally fit. Tell me about the basic good things which you do to take care of yourself.
